Because each piece of furniture is unique, it's difficult to assign blanket specifications.  The species, construction, and finish of each piece are based on things such as intended use and location, and your input.  For kitchen cabinets, vanities, and similar casework, I am pleased to offer you this chart,  so you can make an honest comparison with other cabinet lines you may be considering.

NCS Series Cabinets

Back Panel	3/4" thick maple plywood with semi-gloss UV-cured topcoat standard;  glued into dadoes (grooves) in end panels, then blind-pinned with screws or finish nails.
Bottom Panel	3/4" thick maple plywood with semi-gloss UV-cured topcoat standard;  glued into dadoes in end and back panels, then blind-pinned with screws or finish nails.
Braces	Full width stretchers (braces), front and back, glued and blind-pinned;  back stretcher sits in dadoes in end and back panels; front stretcher sits in dadoes in end panels.
Doors	3/4" or greater, solid hardwood door frames and solid hardwood panels.  Clear bumpers provided for noise dampening.  Blumotion™ (soft close) for doors is an optional feature.
Drawer Construction	5/8" hard maple drawer boxes, 4-corner dovetail construction, 1/4" baltic birch plywood bottom (glued and pinned)
Drawer Front	3/4" or greater, solid hardwood drawer fronts

End Panels	3/4" thick maple plywood with semi-gloss UV-cured topcoat standard;  dadoes to receive the back, bottom and stretchers; joints glued and blind-pinned with screws or finish nails.  Finished ends match face species and are either a 3/4" plywood panel, or a 3/4" applied solid hardwood door panel.
Front Frame	3/4" or greater solid wood, adhesive and hardened steel fastener construction (butt jointed frame pieces, glued, then pocket-screwed)
Hinges	Blum concealed hinges, manufacturer's lifetime warranty; six-way (3-axis) adjustability; self-closing
Interiors	All plywood construction standard.  Real wood face veneer species is hard maple with semi-gloss, UV-cured finish.
Roll-Out trays	Customer configurable (not field-adjustable, however) at design level;  3" tall sides, 4-corner dovetail construction, 1/4" baltic birch plywood bottoms glued and pinned. Blum Tandem Plus slides (without Blumotion™ soft close) standard.
Wall Cabinet Shelves	3/4" thick maple plywood with semi-gloss UV-cured topcoat standard;  height-adustable in 1" or 2" increments; 1" wide, 3/4" thick solid hardwood edging for some additional strength and visual "heft".
